Regarding the pear field (handled by partner companies)
Our company offers two types of matte finishes: chemical matte and shot blasting. Chemical matte: This method chemically finishes the aluminum surface to a matte state. It can create a very fine and uniform roughened surface, which also helps to reduce reflections. Since the surface is created by immersing it in a chemical matte solution, the overall dimensions may decrease. Shot blasting: This method involves selecting media such as iron, SUS, or glass based on the base material and purpose, and applying pressure to impact the surface, creating a uniformly rough and matte appearance. Dimensions may increase as a result.
If new materials are developed, it is also possible to custom-make corresponding abrasives and matte agents!
In various fields such as the automotive industry, construction, and healthcare, various metal components like iron, aluminum, and copper are utilized. In many cases, these metal components undergo some form of surface treatment to enhance design and functionality (such as sliding properties, burr removal, and corrosion resistance). Nihon Surface Chemistry has been selling surface treatment agents such as chemical polishing, electropolishing, and chemical matte for metal materials for many years. This document introduces these technologies. We encourage you to read it. 【Contents】 ■ Introduction ■ Product Overview ■ Treatment Process ■ Mechanism ■ Conclusion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
